I inquired Rolando’s service for one of my clients investment properties for mold remediation. Rolando was very knowledgeable, helpful and had so much patience in explaining the problem we were having at the home and immediately gave me a plan and solution to remediate the mold. I accidentally left a pan with oil on the stove which resulted in burn and smoke damage. After almost burning my kitchen to a crisp I went online to look up cleaning and restoration services. I contacted a few businesses that quoted me ridiculous prices for what would be considered mild damage. I was fortunate enough to find Rolando with ultra hygiene services. He and his team did an excellent job, they quarantined each affected area and did a deep clean as well as surface restoration and paint. They ran industrial air filters while they worked and did a fantastic job at a fair price. I would highly recommend ultra hygiene services to anyone of my friends and family.
