Rolando and the team at Ultra Hygiene were absolutely fantastic. They were always in contact with me via text or phone call - and always available to answer any questions - even on the weekends. They made me feel very good about the whole process and walked me through every aspect of the mold remediation process. Further, they were orderly and clean, careful not to disrupt my apartment any more than necessary during remediation. The team has all of the latest equipment and were very careful with demolition, clean-up, testing, duct-cleaning and re-testing to ensure my apartment was truly mold free at the end of the process.
